If a fellow Canadian CupidFish member could be so kind I am trying to update my fishing maps and looking for Salmon and trout fishing spots In or around Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you have any specific spots like under he old oak tree or whatever that would be great! Like to mark it off on the map
thanks,
Marcus

Hello all I am new to CupidFish and thought I’d dive in and ask a question about my favorite type of fishing. I like to fish from the shore for stripers and had a question because I am going to go a bit off-shore after Christmas with my son. I am in the SE and wanted to know what saltwater fishing lures work best for fishing blue fish, stripe bass, and those little tuna fishing off the beach, jettis, or in this case boats.
Happy Holidays

It must be nice to live in the South and get to go bass fishing all year round. This non-comercial video of a guy who caught a nice bass using live bait. Good stuff wish I was there.

I’ll be heading out with friends over the weekend to do some trout fishing on the Little Red River but I have never been trout fishing and most of the tips available online are for fly fishing but I wont be doing that. Does anyone have any good advice on some good bait and lures and maybe even locations?

Talking to a few of my buddies online keep mentioning they are amazing. My friends mention it’s simple to tie a fly on the and slowly retrieve it. Also, mentioned it’s used with a spinning rod and reel. Please tell me how to do it and if it will work Trout fishing the Ozarks.
Thanks for any information Bobby

This winter the water got really low when I am fishing for Bass and Crappie from the my dock. We had rain filled it back up higher than it was last year but I haven’t caught a single fish from the dock and Ive fished from the dock 10-12 times since it filled back up. I know the fish are still there because I see them all over the place, but the water is not clear enough to find a good location. Suggestions?
Thanks- Guy

Spending an arm and a leg for something higher quality, seams to be the norm these days. I am looking not to spend more than $100 for a rod/reel combo. If it makes a difference, I do a lot of largemouth bass fishing, but I’m looking to get into some winter trout fishing as well. I would like the rod to be light and durable and able to handle catching Lake Trout as well as smaller trout and bass. Any rod and reel suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

I do catch a lot of ocean fish every summer and want to make them into fish ball and freeze them so I can enjoy them during winter. Does anyone have a recipes they care to share? Again, most fish are from Saltwater and tend to be various oily type of fish.

This is a great joke reported to have been listed in the Atlanta Journal. SINGLE BLACK FEMALE seeks male companionship, Ethnicity unimportant. I’m a very good girl who LOVES to play. I love long walks in the woods, riding in your pickup truck, hunting, camping and fishing trips, cozy winter nights lying by the fire. Candlelight dinners. You will have me eating out of your hand.
I’ll be at the front door when you get home from work, wearing only what nature gave me.
Call (404) 875-6420
and ask for Daisy, I’ll be waiting….
Scroll down…
Over 3,000 men called the Atlanta Humane Society asking for “Daisy”.
Old joke but still a good one,
Carl
