Well I met a great women at an outdoor business (boat show) convention. I am in my mid-20’s and she is older in her 30’s. I feel like we connect very good though after a couple of dates. She is a beautiful woman who has a great taste for style, loves the outdoors, cooks amazing (she actually made elk steaks her father gave her) knows fishing gear, likes to hike, and does not have any kids. See this is the part that confuses me because most women who don’t have kids and never been married in their mid-30’s are usually a red flag. Any advice for keeping the relationship going smoothly and on dating a woman that is 10 years older than me?

I’ve dated a younger man for several years and dating someone older/younger than you is not so much a big deal. People are usually attracted to each other because they have similar interest or backgrounds and can relate to one another in some way. Pay attention to what she likes and dislikes. Listen to her when you are talking. People give out clues in conversation about things they like and things that interest them. Be sure to compliment her and let her know what things about her are most interesting to you.
