More baitcast Reel problems

Hey CupidFish anglers I thought id report Im having a real issue with a Bass Pro Shop Baitcast Reel model MC-1. I purchased it new for Spring fishing and instead of sending it back it just could be my fault. It’s simple and the reel won’t reel in and have not a clue why? Do any of you have any tips or solutions for me because I am ready to slam this thing on the ground.

BassPro Shop in Orlando Florida

Hey Florida Anglers. I live close to Tampa and want to buy some fishing supplies (Christmas came early) and I went to the bass Pro shop in Orlando, and it really did not have what I was looking for.  Do you think the Fort lauderdale Bass pro might be any different? Or please tell me which one of the Bass Pro shop is best in Florida for Saltwater fishing, driving distance is not a problem. Thank you for your consideration. Jerry
