I want to grill some catfish and not fry it and looking for a good seasoning recipes. I have never tried it and a bit worried it my be too dry? So if you could please be specific as possible. Also, approximately how long should I cook the catfish on the grill? I don’t think it will take very long but I have never done this before so thanks for your recommendation(s).
